Designer Terms
These are the terms of taking part in the Kleren designer program. They mirror, in plain language, what your signed designer agreement says — the agreement is what governs, and you sign it before a single piece is made.

1. Submitting is free — always
There is no submission fee, sampling fee, photography fee or production fee, ever. We never charge you to take part. If anyone asks you to pay, it isn't us.
2. Your work stays yours
You keep ownership of your design. By taking part you grant Kleren an exclusive licence for 12–24 months to produce, photograph, market and sell it. If we stop selling your design, every right reverts to you. You must only submit your own original work; every shortlisted design is checked.
3. Credit in writing
“Designed by [your name]” appears on the product, the product page and the campaign, linked to your profile. This attribution is contractual, not a courtesy we can quietly drop.
4. How you earn
You earn a royalty of 5–10% of the actual selling price on every kleren.pk retail sale of your design. Your exact rate is set per design — more complex work and richer patterns earn higher rates — and is agreed in writing before your design goes on sale. Earnings depend on real sales; nothing here is a guarantee of a particular income.
5. When and how you're paid
Royalties are paid monthly, on the 1st, to your bank account, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Your dashboard shows accrued earnings live — what is pending and what has been paid, per design.
6. Review and resubmission
We review submissions continuously — a first reply within 7 days — with status tracked live in your dashboard. If a design isn't selected you keep all rights and can resubmit anytime, whether an improved version or something new.
